Gouffre Geante de Cabrespine, first discovered in the 1970s is one of the largest caves in the world that is open to the public. The cave is 150 meters long and almost 300 meters high.

The Oulibo Olive centre at Bize-Minervois produces oil from the olives of the Pyrenees Orientales, Aude and Hérault. The Lucques olives are harvested by hand, and is the gourmet olive par excellence, prized for its crisp flesh and fine herbaceous taste. Take a tour of the olive groves to find out more.

Aigues-Mortes, a popular town surrounded by medieval walls. Visit the ‘Salin d’Aigues-Mortes’ or the etangs (salt-water lagoons) which are red, due to the high-concentration of salt and home to flocks of pink flamingoes.
